Graham and JG Locksmiths recently fitted a key safe for my father, Graham provided an excellent service, very professional and helpful, and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I contacted Graham on Saturday about a problem with a lock on a uPVC french door. He offered to come out the next day. He arrived on time and fixed the lock without having to replace it. While he was here, he re-aligned our door. I am really happy with the service. Would recommend 100%.

The service offered by Graham Mason, was excellent. He dealt with the trailer lock which appeared to have seized up, cleaning it and checking that I knew exactly how to use it so that it did not jam up on fixing bolts, which it had been doing, and which he tightened so that they did not stop the lock operating efficiently. A very professional locksmith, Graham obviously took pride in offering a good service.

We had Graham come and install a couple of locks for us and couldn’t be happier with the end result. He arrived on-time, did a good job of installing the locks we needed and then cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess behind. Will definitely use him again.

I can’t rate Graham enough. He is very good, responsive, very helpful in his advice and trustworthy. He doesn’t “upsell” you products and services you don’t need. He came round fixed a new lock into my front door and repaired a faulty patio door. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up after himself. Honestly, he is a really good chap who I wouldn’t hesitate to use again. His rates are very reasonable.
